Syllabus
- 01To simulate a three point-to-point network with duplex links between them.
- 02To simulate the transmission of ping message over a network topology and find the number of packets dropped due to congestion.
- 03To Simulate and compare the performance of network with topologies such as Star, Ring and Mesh.
- 04Wired and Wireless LANs: Mobile Ad-hoc network (MANET), Infrastructure Basic Service Set (IBSS) network with multiple traffic and analyze the performance of the network.
- 05Cluster based WSN, Wi-Max network and analyze the performance with multiple traffics.
- 06Implementation of ALOHA Protocols for packet communication between a number of nodes connected to a common bus.
- 07CSMA, CSMA/CD, Token Bus, Token Ring.
- 08To provide reliable data transfer between two nodes over an unreliable network using the stop-and-wait protocol with and without BER.
- 09Perform error control at DLL using Bit stuffing, Checksum and Character count.
- 10CRC, Hamming Coding.
- 11Routing Algorithms.
